Moonlight and star shine illuminate the serene garden. The open gate allows a dark visitor with intentions unknown to enter. The colors of blue and yellow engage the viewer to participate in the place and event. Romance and uncertainty fill the garden and tent with anticipation.
Artist’s Comments
Mr. Wilson works in a simple framing shop. The quiet of the shop and the small interior bely the high quality of the framing work created therein. Juxtaposed with scarce means is a champagne bottle containing roses suggesting both class of thought and talent found together. Guy also has a deep understanding of visual art and has often offered great criticism of the paintings I create.
